Do I need to buy stock up front?
No. You only pay the wholesale price when one of your customers places an order.
How do you stop two resellers selling the same last item?
All resellers and marketplaces use one central inventory. Stock is reserved inside a locked database transaction the moment an order arrives, so the final unit can only ever be allocated once.
Which marketplaces are supported?
Any marketplace can be fulfilled today by entering the order and uploading your prepaid label. Automatic connections are switched on per marketplace as each official API integration goes live — see the status on our home page.
Will you ask for my marketplace password?
Never. Marketplace connections use the official OAuth authorisation screens, and you can disconnect at any time.
How do I pay?
Top up your prepaid wallet by card or bank transfer. Each order is deducted automatically and you can see every transaction.
What happens if my wallet runs out?
New orders are held until you top up, unless we have agreed credit terms with you.
Who provides the shipping label?
You upload the prepaid label from your marketplace. We attach it, dispatch the parcel and record tracking.
How do returns work?
Raise a return from your dashboard. When the item arrives we inspect it; resaleable items go back into stock and agreed credits are added to your wallet.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, until picking starts. Cancelling releases the reserved stock and refunds your wallet.
