These terms apply to trade accounts with dev.nextfoneltd.com. By applying for or using a reseller account you agree to them.
Trade accounts
Accounts are for businesses only and are subject to approval. We may request further information, decline an application or suspend an account at our discretion.
Prices and payment
Trade prices are shown to approved resellers and may change without notice. Orders are paid from your prepaid wallet at the price shown when the order is placed. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
Orders and dispatch
Stock is reserved when an order is accepted. You are responsible for supplying a valid prepaid shipping label and accurate delivery details. Orders can be cancelled until picking starts.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
