Returns & Refunds

Returns are raised from the Returns section of your reseller dashboard.

1. Raise a return request with the order number and reason.
2. Send the item back to our warehouse using the return details provided.
3. We inspect every returned item when it arrives.
4. Resaleable items go back into stock and the agreed credit is added to your wallet.

Faulty items are assessed case by case. Items that are damaged after dispatch, incomplete or not sent back within the agreed window may not be credited. Questions: aasher.kabeer5683@gmail.com.
